Hello, I have my ISY working with Google Home, that is great. But I would like to find a way for my Smarthings Hub devices activate Rules in my ISY..Is this possible?

I think this would be a better question for SmartThings HUB. All you have to have them do is to send REST commands to programs in ISY:

I only know enough about the SmartThings Hub to get the one thing to work that I wanted, so I can't give you a lot of help.  But what I have done is use IFTTT to send REST commands between the SmartThings Hub and the ISY.  More specifically, I'm going Harmony Hub -> SmartThings Hub (virtual switch)  -> IFTTT -> ISY Portal -> ISY.  The other way, to keep things synced, it goes ISY (network resources) -> IFTTT -> SmartThings Hub -> Harmony Hub.  I have no doubt that IFTTT could be eliminated, but I'm not smart enough to figure it out.
