Is there a way to get "command" (on/off) from Alexa spoken command to pass to ISY program? Otherwise, I have to set up 2 programs (no big deal) with 2 distinct spoken words (inconvenient).

Sure. 

• Alexa. Turn ON XXX = runs the program XXX Then
• Alexa. Turn OFF XXX = runs the program XXX Else.

Here is a quirk. When you have a scene that turns lights off, you should use the Else section of the program to activate the Scene so you don't end up with this

• Alexa, Turn on Lights Off.

This should be pinned somewhere or be in Alexa wiki. Unless it is and I just didn't see it.
