Problem with Family Access Plan

Agave working fine on first device. Added family access plan on 5/15 and set up second device for my wife. That initially worked fine, now have the following problems:

  • When I run Agave, I get "Agave Permissions" error - "Your trial period has ended. Please select an access level from billing to re-enable Agave"
  • When I go to Account screen, for Access Level it says "Access Disabled"
  • If I click on the above, it shows trail period with an expiration date of 6/14 and the usual purchase options.
  • If I try to go to the ISY Login Setting page and enter her credentials, I get the "trial period had ended" message again.

I need help getting out of this loop.

I'm having a similar issue with my wife's family plan.  my device and account are working fine, but after the recent update, she is also getting the "trial period ended" message and there is no way to have Agave recognize our family plan.

ok...got the family member access to show up on my main device...I had to check the data checkbox in privacy settings...probably due to the GDPR update.  I'm still having issues with my wife's device saying the trial period is over.  she has the code and pin setup.

Great.  Sorry for my late response.  After enabling the Agave data Storage on your Wifes phones, her message should have changed to something like "Family owner needs to re-save the family profile."  This is due to the new encryption settings in preparation for the new iOS release.  

Glad you got it figured out.
