When attempting to backup my ISY the following error occurs:

the backup does not complete.  any ideas?

Turn off antivirus and firewalls

Thanks for the response but no change.  This error happens some time into the backup with may other files that open/access fine.

 

Anyone else wit thoughts?

Try restarting the ISY?

That is exactly what most ISYs do. Java wakes up and stops the process part way through the backup.

 

You may have a bad SD card.

 

I would open a ticket with UDI. They will find it fast.
