I have a SwitchLinc 2476D that wouldn't link when I linked all of the other switches. I tried to link it by typing in the address 03.1c.01 and this is the logging I get. Is the switch bad? (This is after a factory reset.)

Hello xd40,

Only two possibilities:

a. Either the signal is not getting from the PLM to your switch OR

b. The switch is bad

To test, if possible, move your switch (temporarily) very close to the PLM. If this works, then you know the problem is signal and not a defective switch.

With kind regards,

Michel
