polo2883 Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 I upgraded my ISY 994 firmware to 5.0.16c. I then tried to upgrade my z-wave module from 4.55.00 and it keeps failing. Am I missing a step?
polo2883 Posted June 17, 2020 Author Posted June 17, 2020 The error said something about it could not go into upgrade mode. Michel Kohanim Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 @polo2883, There's no need to upgrade your Z-Wave dongle. With kind regards, Michel
polo2883 Posted June 17, 2020 Author Posted June 17, 2020 Its not detecting any of the z-wave devices in the house.
Michel Kohanim Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 @polo2883, You must first do Z-Wave | Exclude (and start from the closest one) and then do Z-Wave | Include. With kind regards, Michel

satwar Posted June 29, 2020 Posted June 29, 2020 I don't want to be rude but I just noticed that I too am missing my Schlage lock on my Z-wave network after upgrading ISY to v 5.0.16C from v 4.8 Both firmware and UI are at 5.0.16C on my ISY. I'm sorry I can't say exactly how I solved it, but disconnecting and reconnecting the battery on the Schlage connect lock, followed by Synchronizing ALL and Healing worked for me. I must admit it caused me a bit stress, as I experimented.
