Off works on does not Fast on does

for some reason all devices in my basement stopped functioning properly.  When I go through the ISY I can turn them of or Fast On.  Regular on does not work and nothing even goes in the log when I click it.  This started when I added a new Sony TV to my Alexa group.  Don't see how that would effect my ISY.  Thanks for any input.

Forgot to add I upgraded to 5.2 as well.

If these devices are Insteon, right click on each device, and select Restore in the admin console, device tree. Give it about 30 seconds to write the link table in the device.

You may have lost links to each device.

Ok this looks like none of my insteon devices respond to On anymore.  I tried doing restore with no effect.

Did you try to load the link table from a device and then clicking the compare to see what ISY thinks should be in there?

This is very odd that solely On would not work.

Check the "On Level" hasn't been set to 0?

The "Restore Devices" should have reset it, but if the On Level was set to 0 and ISY things that's correct, it will put it to 0 when you restore.

When you controlling things from the ISY, are you using a scene?  The individual device?

I am controlling directly from the ISY.  The odd thing is there is nothing shows up in even viewer when I click on for any of my switches/keypads.  in the screen shot attached I circled a fast on fast off, and then shows nothing for on.

So glad you posted this.  I noticed I'm having the exact same issue with some of my insteon dimmers.  I haven't had time to dig into it but same deal;  When controlling the device from the admin console, "ON" actually turns things off.  Fast on seems to work fine.  I will go back and check the "On Levels".

Your ON level is set to be OFF which is why it turns off with on and on with the double tap

It was not saving setting it to 70%.  I just got it working again.  I did a full restore to all my insteon devices still did not work.  I just now rebooted after doing the full restore and it appears to be functioning normal again.

This helped me.  I had the same problem, and didn't think to reboot it.  Everything usually just works!  Thanks!

And by "This", I mean I did a full restore to the device that wasn't working, then rebooted both the PLM and ISY.
