Socket timeout error trying access ISY remotely

Setting up a new ISY.  Purchased and install the ISY Portal option.  Enabled on ISY.  Cut and pasted the URL into the ISY Launcher.  When I try to connect and log in using my Portal credentials it gives me a socket timeout error.  Ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
