Thanks. I'm not seeing anything in the admin panel about update the firmware. And not sure where to find Java cache...

You will have to download the firmware from the link contained here.  Once it's downloaded, you can manually upgrade the firmware on your ISY using the following menu:  "Help | Manually upgrade ISY".

The Java cache in located on the computer you use to start the Admin Console on, not on your ISY.

Thanks again. Followed the link and tried downloading both files there. Then went to Admin Panel and the only option was for manual update of the ISY software. And that went nowhere.

Your Ui and firmware need to match, that's why you need to do an update. At the very least you will need to get the correct UI to match your firmware. If you go to the download thread and look for the upgrade to ISY Launcher. If you download this file, clear your Java cache, and then click on the downloaded file.

The ISY Launcher will automatically match the UI for you.

One note, there were two different ISY Launchers, so read the directions. One is for later firmware.

If you decide to upgrade your firmware, download the file to your desktop and manually upgrade. When you click on the menu for manual upgrade the system will prompt you to backup. After the backup there will be a dialog box asking you to select the downloaded upgrade file. Do not unzip the download, the upgrade is done with the zip file.
