Alexa not responding.

All of a sudden, Alexa says that the hub that device is connected to is not responding.  That would be UDI Isy with the Alexa portal.  If I try to go into it through the portal, I’m told that my license expired.  Not at all sure what to do now, but my entire house runs an Alexa. I’m in a wheelchair with oxygen and can’t get too far without help.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  It was fine fifteen minute ago.  There were no noticeable events in the interim.

Thanks.

Amazon has been having issues with their servers. That may be causing issues

If your portal license expired this is likely the issue.

As far as I know as of 4AM PST the Amazon problem from yesterday is resolved.  Also Not sure where you're located but the problem primarily effected the Eastern half of North America, mostly the western half didn't have issue.

Thanks Dennis.  Not sure why I didn't get notice.  Fixed now.
