I have a SWL and a KPL that are always problematic when I give voice commands.

The KPL rarely responds when I tell it to react in a scene (IE turn on upstairs 20%)

It'll do nothing until I say Hallway 20% ands usually after a few repetitions.

The SWL is pretty much the same.

This tends to get a little frustrating.

Any thoughts?

If you are turning on/off a scene to which devices belong, then you have signal noise issue. The first thing I recommend is to move the PLM to a different outlet and one which is not shared with other transformers and power supplies. Otherwise:
