Advice for purchasing energy monitoring switches.

I am wanting to monitor PC energy usage and looking for reliable zwave plug in switches. I tried some from Amazon and they flicker with any zwave traffic and it’s enough to cause a reboot on all 3 at the same time! Hoping to get some recommendations from the community before I go through the trial and error on my own. 
 

These are the ones that I have issues with. After scouring the reviews I found another person complaining of same issue with isy hub.
