The AC seems to pop up for a split second then close. I'm on 5.3.0 with a Mac running Big Sur 11.4 and deleted/ reinstalled the newest JAVA version, cleared the . I have a relatively new Windows 10 laptop but can't get any this running on that either. The Portal does work though. I've tried following the troubleshooting instructions to know avail, I never seem to have any luck with Java. Any suggestions of what to try next......on either computer?
