I have used Polygot and mobilincX before. but i have removed them both just to see if everything is back to normal. however, the problem still exist. Any expert here know what is this is about or where should i start looking for a fix ?
Geddy Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 Not sure what's causing this, but a few questions to try to give others additional information so they can maybe help: What's your current firmware/UI versions? If you're using MobilincX do you have a Mobilinc Connect account? Has it possibly been canceled or expired? Or it might now allow you to use an ISY Portal account. Make sure it's still current/active. Are you running Polygot locally? Have you power cycled the ISY since "removing" Polygot and MobilincX? If it's a Mobilinc issue maybe @InsteonNut can help with support from there. There are a few other forum posts that reference AutoPin CSL55, but doesn't seem to be a root cause to point to just what to try to fix.
MrBill Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 (edited) in addition to @Geddy's questions... This portion of the error message looks like an Insteon address: 51 7F B8 What device is it? The easy way to find it if you have alot of addresses to to click the root level of the device tree and then on the table on the right side of the screen click the Address column to sort the table by that column, then scroll down. Brian H Posted August 25, 2021 Posted August 25, 2021 3 AM is the time Query All program normally runs. I also would try and find out what the 51.7F.B8 module is.
Techman Posted August 26, 2021 Posted August 26, 2021 If you run the topography report you can then sort its address column making it easy to find the problem device. Especially helpful if you have a lot of devices.
