andrew77 Posted December 7, 2021 Posted December 7, 2021 For some reason I give her an order and she says "Sorry _______ isnt responding" At first I thought it might be Harmony Hub related as she wouldn't turn on Apple tv etc. But she won't turn on devices or scenes either. Any solution is greatly appreciated. Drew

andrew77 Posted January 14, 2022 Author Posted January 14, 2022 I seem to have the same issue again. I checked Amazon status and they seem to be online and functioning. I did have a quick power outage today so maybe that had something to do with it? Drew

My Amazon Show has changed screens and styles of responding a lot, lately. It has started to ask about my devices and started trying to show icons of the devices when I command them. I have never found amazon to admit anything yet. Sometimes a power cycle of the Alexa device corrects things. It can make the latest version function properly. Like the rest of the device world...it's on a need to know basis and you don't.... Edited January 14, 2022 by larryllix

I'd open the amazon app, click More > Skills & Games > Your Skills (top right) then select the Skill named "ISY Optimized for your Smart Home V3". Disable the Skill, then re-enable it and re-link. 1
