I have a few devices that have ! (Red Exclamation marks) beside them. Tried restore device but if it’s not right in the isy… how do I fix device links. Link to comment

filmgaffer Posted December 9, 2021 Author Share Posted December 9, 2021 Tried that with one switch and it will not reinstall. Error cannot determine Insteon engine in switch I’m presuming. I’m currently tying… right click on device. Show isy links table. Load from old backup before new plm for the device with ! Link to comment

lilyoyo1 Posted December 9, 2021 Share Posted December 9, 2021 That's part of your problem. Both firmware and UI needs to match. ***See note at top of sub-forum title. Update your firmware. Once done, unplug your isy, wait 10 seconds and plug it back in Link to comment
