Unfortunately, for all who use insteon, they have shut down their doors. This is especially hard for hub users as they did not keep their servers running. 

A member here is looking into reports that the hub can be used with Home Assistant. If so, do not reset your hub. Home-Assistant forums is where you will want to go. 

For all others, you can use UDI's Polisy with the 2413s, 2413u, and 2448a7, while available to control your INSTEON devices. 

Finally, you could also switch to zwave or other technologies for your home should you choose. Zwave works with polisy as well and does not require any type of INSTEON PLM. 

Outside of this information, we cannot provide much help to you with your system or troubleshooting. Good luck.

@GeddyCan you sticky this and @MrBill post. In addition, is it possible to create a banner on the main page for INSTEON hub users pointing to this post so they aren't paying the same stuff all over the forums

Thank you @lilyoyo1. We have also contacted the original PLM manufacturer and trying to see whether or not he has some stock. If interested, please create an account or login to an existing one, uncheck everything except for Product News & Announcements, and once we have confirmation, we'll notify you.
