JTsao Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 I updated the Polisy via the web page this morning and I can tell that the ISY is not working, as certain events have taken place with no notification, and I cannot get to the admin console - I have rebooted the Polisy several times - also "Settings->Polisy Configuration" hangs indefinitely - have cleared Java cache, redownloaded admin console app, etc. but no success - any suggestions?

JTsao Posted June 10, 2022 Author Posted June 10, 2022 also appears that all services are running: udx, pg3, polyglot, isy and I cannot seem to get the credentials to connect to the ISY under "settings->Polyglot Settings" as the red notice always appears even after I have saved the proper credentials (and I have also tried admin/admin)

brians Posted June 10, 2022 Posted June 10, 2022 I just did updates using ssh this morning and there was no IoP or PG3 updates... only a few bsd packages which I can't remember. I rebooted entire Polisy and I can still login PG3 and AC. I would suggest opening a ticket.

For security reasons, we are changing the way udx, isy, pg3, and node servers are configured and communicate. In the process, we added another library (libwebsockets) for mqtt. But, udx had a conflict and thus a failure. The upgrade upgrades udx to 2.6.4 and removes the conflict. With kind regards, Michel 1 1

With kind regards, Michel Hmm, I have 2.6.3 and upgraded this morning but not sure if that was a package that was updated, but did not experience any issues...
