Loaded ISY backup to Polisy now I have lost Portal Tab on Config screen of Admin Console..

@Michel Kohanim  Some Zwave devices stopped working so I loaded a recent backup to my IOP Polisy. Portal does not show Polisy as online. Portal tab is missing in Admin Console. IOP 5.4.4 UI 5.4.4. I have rebooted several times.
