someguy
I am trying to remotely connect to my PG3. I've tried using the "isy finder" and clicking the PG3 dropdown and it doesn't work, even though the dropdown for the AdminConsole does work. I also tried opening the AdminConsole and clicking the "node servers" > Launch PG3... and that doesn't work. any suggestions would be appreciated. Link to comment

The only way you could do this would be to run a VPN at home and connect via VPN while remote and then access it. I'm sure there might be a way through port forwarding, but it's not secure in anyway so I wouldn't suggest doing that. Only ISY on Polisy can be accessed remotely on the Polisy. PG2 and PG3 all have to be accessed and managed locally. Link to comment

tmorse305
When I'm going to be away from home for a while I leave a PC running. I bring a laptop with me, if I need to get into anything I use the laptop and TeamViewer to access the PC at home remotely. 1 Link to comment
MrBill
I use a VPN. To access PG3, connect to the VPN and use the IPaddr:3000 just like i was sitting on the network at home. 1 Link to comment
