n8ur9irl Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 (edited) I just transitioned to Eisy(v5.5.3)with the USB: Z-Wave+ & Matter Module installed from ISY994r PRO where i had all my Schlage Connect locks working. But now I cannot get them to add fully to Eisy. I get 1 node called "entry control" and nothing else and no control. I also tried to get it to add to UD Mobile and it was the same. I have removed them factory reset and added again. I had one that i brought to Eisy to add, same results In the Mobile app I get an errorRestResponse succeeded false status 400. firstone Posted January 19, 2023 Posted January 19, 2023 Do you get DSK code prompt? Do you type in correct code? Or is this lock not S2. If you type incorrect code, it will silently fail. You can maybe look in Event log for messages.

Because that is what I have for a lock on my main house and that was important to have when I issue a home lockdown verbally to Alexa. I was not aware of problems with that node server in eISY. I haven't gotten around to migrating that hardware over to eISY just yet but it was getting real close. TRI0N 1

I also notice all the statues of my Kasa devices have gone blank and even if I query it not longer shows their information for ANYTHING. Ugh! Maybe DO NOT UPDATE PACKAGES just yet? TRI0N

firstone Posted January 20, 2023 Posted January 20, 2023 I have 4 BE469ZP installed and added them multiple times with no issues. I cannot write user codes into 3 of them but that's a different story. Not sure if you want to try but here's what you can: ZWave -> Synchronize -> New and Deleted with Interview I've had issues with Aeon sensors not having nodes created and the synchronize would bring them up after a few tries. I think in my case interview didn't work at first.

I've been trying to add my Schlage Connect Z-Wave locks to my brand new EISY with Z-Wave USB thingy. This is basically my first time in a long time messing with setting things up again. SHM Posted February 6, 2023 Posted February 6, 2023 I'm having the same problem with Polisy 5.5.5 with Z Matter board. My Bladwin lock (Z-wave Plus 500 series) adds fine but my older Schlage (Z wave 300 series doesn't add. Was thinking that the 700 series Z Matter cannot communicate with the series 300, but then before installing Z matter, I had a Zooz (700 series) on the Polisy and the Schlage added just fine.

I would suggest opening a support ticket with UD with the device information that you are having issues with. That way you are sure they know the device that is having issues and they can work on a fix.

I don't believe that it would affect lock not creating nodes. I don't have that issue. A couple of times enrolled devices wouldn't create nodes. I had to run z-wave -> synchronize and it was created after that usually.
