smarthome_newbie Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 I have the IoX launcher on my Mac desktop. The IoX Finder opens when I click on it, but when I click on the UUID, it won't open to the prompt where I enter my ID and password. I just updated to the latest version of Java but that didn't help. Any idea what's going on? Thanks.
Javi Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 Do you get a dialog showing "Admin Console (Lan)" and "Admin Console (Cloud)" when clicking the UUID?
Geddy Posted May 18, 2023 Posted May 18, 2023 @smarthome_newbie If it gives you the options @Javi mentions above, but then there's no other window that pops up you might need to try this: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_Minimized/Invisible_and_Cannot_be_Restored I get that the directions are Windows based, but perhaps macOS also stores *.state files somewhere. Use finder to locate any ud*.state files. delete all ud*.state files clear java cache run start.jnlp again
smarthome_newbie Posted May 18, 2023 Author Posted May 18, 2023 It's working! I cleared cache and ran start.jnlp again. Thanks! 1
