Backup Fails

I am getting a backup fails on a Polisy running the latest 5.6.4.  Could not open zip file and then could not retrieve ./FILES/CONF/ZYCGF/zddx/fa7f27fa-DevicesData.xml

Can I just delete the files under ZYCGF and try again?  If so, where are they located?  I don't seem them at ./

@btreindershonestly, with it being a current version and Polisy I might suggest opening a support ticket in case there is an unknown issue in the 5.6.4. 

Uncertain what might be in the ZYCFG folder. Since Zigbee and Zwave are still being flushed out it might help UDI in some way to have this documented and troubleshooting steps they give.

I did submit a ticket but today I tried a few more times after failing at least 5 times and now they are working.  If they give any insight I will definitely post it here though.
