Remote access to eisy is not workingit says

I trying to access the AC remotely and am getting a string of text back instead.  Probably some kind of error I suspect.  Here's the text slightly redacted when I use the "Admin Console URL":

When I use the "URL to ISY" url I am prompted for credentials and then it says it's not found.

Any suggestions?

Do You have a portal subscription? A portal subscription makes remote access easy, obtain your unique portal ID URL from the portal, start IoX Launcher, click on add, and add the URL.

When and how are you seeing the text you posted?

I suspect the URL is incorrect.  Please try the url which ends in "/desc"  from my.isy.io > Select Tool > Imformation > ISY Information > Admin Console URL.  Do not user URL to ISY.

Thanks for the replies. Too embarrassed to tell you what I did wrong….  It’s all set now, caulk another one up to my aging brain.
