Portal offline with UniFi routers

Featured Replies

I also started having issue starting around 3AM EST.  I could access locally but not through the portal.  I tried rebooting a couple of time but no luck.  And now my eISY won't even connect to my local router.  The IP address is not in the connected list.  I have tried rebooting several time using the power and button press procedures but no luck.  I am thinking I need a hard reset.  Luckily I took a backup before everything went kablooie.

My eISY just came back online without any intervention.

All is well here now. I lost connection around 4am Eastern, but it's back now.

Mine is back online now.  Michel said there was an AWS outage in the East which is why we all experienced the same thing.  You should all be back up by now.
