Can you change the default serach option to "search ALL fields" instead of "search ANY fields".

 

Also can you add "search titles only" if you have the ability?

 

The current search results return too many irrelevant items.

Unfortunately not without changing our current forum software! Actually, we were looking at migrating to another one but we deemed it quite risky.
