MQTT updated to 0.0.39 [Beta] Now 'Waiting on valid configuration'

MQTT was working with Ratgdo (Garage Door Opener)

·         Updated MQTT to 0.0.39 [Beta]

·         Stop/Start MQTT

·         Now I get MQTT Notices

o   Start-up

o   Waiting on valid configuration

MQTT Controller reports NodeServer Online = TRUE, is not communicating with Ratgdo.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks

@SSamuels,

would you mind sharing a copy of your devlist or devfile and the debug.log file?

either here or dm is fine

Hi- Thanks for the reply.

I am fine sharing these items. I do not know how to located devlist, devfile or the debug.log. Can you help point me in the correct direction?

The devlist is what you put in the config screen.
The logs you can download from the log tab.
both tabs are in the mqtt screen of pg3.

Did this ever get solved? My RATGDO has been working great, but I did something stupid and upgraded all of the packages. I shoulda known better than to screw with it!

My MQTT shows "Waiting on valid configuration"

@rg65, yes it was solved; mostly an issue of learning the configuration & fighting with the ratgdo to be stable. If you upgraded all the packages on your eisy then you my friend will likely need to put in a ticket to udi. That is well beyond us to help here.

Thank you! I will open a ticket.
