I need the software that is downloaded to configure the WG2004 Door Access Controller. Help!? Can anyone tell me where to get that software?

These forums are mostly for support of products from Universal Devices (https://www.universal-devices.com/), but some users might have experience with the device you're asking about (I do not). Does the manufacturer or supplier for this item not have support? Good luck!
