khowell Posted January 1 Posted January 1 I am on the West coast and at 9pm my access to isyPortal quit working due to the 429 error. No more UDI Mobile. I can’t even login to create a problem ticket.

Happy New Year! 😀 Alexa account suddenly unlinked. Trying to relink it or even log into ISY portal fails with HTTP 429 (too many requests). Seems to be something triggered as the year changed to 2025. Okay… now hopefully someone is up late and still sober enough to get things working again. 😉 Edited January 1 by burke 1

Sachelis Posted January 1 Posted January 1 (edited) I, too, can't control my lights using Alexa (but I can using the Universal Devices Administrative Console). When I attempt to log in using the ISY Portal (https://my.isy.io/index.htm) I get an HTTP error 429. Y2025 bug? Coincidental that it happened at midnight ET? Edited January 1 by Sachelis

maigo Posted January 1 Posted January 1 (edited) I am also having problems with ISY994i and Alexa: 1) Voice commands on Alexa don’t work because, as Alexa kindly tells me, the skill isn’t linked. 2) Error message on Alexa app: The link between accounts has expired. To continue using ISY Optimized for Smart Home V3 with Alexa, click Enable to Use and link your accounts again. 3) Cannot login to my.isy.io - returns HTTP error 429. I don’t have ISY994 logs handy but the Alexa app alert for the connection link appeared on my phone at 2125h (Pacific). Edited January 1 by maigo

Maybe a contract expired at the end of the year and didn't renew properly or something... 😲 1
