here is the question. I can get to the web page but I cant log in. IT FAIL isnt the login the same as my login for my eisy? If so it rejectsiot

@danncas what web address are you trying? For eisy_ui (eisy.local) the login is the UD Portal credentials. It’s not advised to use the :3000 port address after recent updates in eisy_ui.

this is what comes up when I click on it from the UD screen

Also the question was is my login on that page the same as my login for the esiy local.

@danncas for the 3000 port connection it should be the same user/pass as the admin console. It’s been mentioned that once your eisy is updated to 6.x that you should only access the plugins via the eisy ui. So drop the port number and just try to access eisy ui. Going that way will use the portal credentials.

There is a change in how plugins are managed and logging into the IoX system and if you change between eisy ui and polyglot logins it could cause issues with some plugins. This is the reason UD has been suggesting only using the eisy ui now.
