Sunday at 02:29 PM2 days I've looked at earlier descriptions of this problem, but those solutions are not working for me. I see the pinned item at the top of this forum topic, but it does not work for me either. I've cleared Java cache, and reinstalled latest version. When i put in the URL http://192.168.xx.xx:8080/admin.jnlp into the add dialog box it says its not found. Portal and mobile work fine. But, I don't believe I can update firmware or manage programs from there. Thanks in advance.
Sunday at 10:02 PM2 days In the IoX Finder add HTTPS://EISY. LOCAL:8443/DESC and click on saveAre you now able to access your eisy?
Sunday at 10:44 PM1 day Tried adding an entry in IoX finder with the ip address directly? Eg:https://192.168.0.123:8443/desc
Sunday at 11:17 PM1 day @fegelmejYour problem appears to be with either Java or IoX FinderFirst remove power from the eisy for 30 seconds, then clear your Java cache, be sure to check alll 3 boxes, and then download the IoX Finder from here:https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlpLet me know the results Edited Sunday at 11:18 PM1 day by Techman

23 hours ago23 hr Author Okay. DennisC gave me the answer. The eISY was connected to the router, but with a different IP address than what the portal/mobile was showing me. Entered the correct IP and it popped. Do I just SAVE it to find it automatically, or will I need to enter the URL for each access? Thanks for your guidance.
23 hours ago23 hr Save it, and then also configure your router to reserve the current ip address for that device MAC address.
22 hours ago22 hr @fegelmej F.Y.I., The EISY uses a different IP address if it's connected to your router via WiFi verses Ethernet
