15 hours ago15 hr Hi there,Probably going to have a few posts as I just set up my new eISY and migrated over from the old ISY. My old portal license went through 12/16/26. On the new eISY it gives the 1 year free trial which goes through 6/27/27. Any way to get the last almost 6 months on the old one added to the new one?thanks!
12 hours ago12 hr I think it's automatically added to the new eisy if you remove the old ISY from the portal account
6 hours ago6 hr Or if it doesn't happen automagically, just ask. I've done several portal rearrangements with ISYs and Policy's, and the UDI team has always been 100% accommodating.-Tom
