Sunday at 07:57 PM4 days When I am in Admin Console (current version) and go to Plugins > Launch Polyglot V3 (PG3) I get:I have tried rebooting the EISY from Admin Console, and even restarting EISY by pulling the power cord for 1 minute. Neither helped.I am using Firefox browser from my laptop on the same LAN.How do I resolve this so I can look at my plugins? Thanks in advance.I am using the same login credentials I use to get into Admin Console.
Sunday at 08:31 PM4 days Try opening eisy-ui at: https://192.168.0.76 and from there you could access PG3 from the menu in the upper-left
Wednesday at 08:06 PM1 day Solution @IndyUDIuser as @Jimbo.Automates suggests drop the :3000 port. UD has advised with later updates that the suggested/preferred way to access plugins is through the eisy_ui interface. That's usually found by going to https://eisy.local or http://eisy.local/ and using your UD Portal credentials to login. From there the menu in the top left should have a "plugins" portion and then "dashboard". The reason for this is there have been some issues with some plugins and how they are logging into the IoX system that using one over the other could cause conflict and would show the plugin as disconnected. If you fix it when logged in via the (old) PG3 direct access it could become "broken" in the eisy_ui side. (at least that's how I understand what I've read.)I wouldn't use the access from admin console to browse to the plugins portion. Always just open a browser and go directly to it. Be sure, also, not to have both the admin console and eisy_ui open at the same time (if you're making changes to plugins). Since IoX admin console only reads/loads new nodes on startup any changes you make in the web interface would require the IoX (java) Admin Console to restart for the changes to be recognized. So it's always the suggestion to make a habit to not have both open at the same time.
Wednesday at 08:34 PM1 day Author https://eisy.local/pg3/dashboardThis is working for me today. I find the PG3 website/store confusing and not the best designed, but that's just me. I've been adding these tips to a Word document so I can remember what to do the next time I need to look at my one and only plugin in maybe a year or two from now. Ha ha.The "Launch Polyglot V3" in Admin Console takes me to this link. https://192.168.0.76:3000/ Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'll try to avoid it from now on and just browse to the PG3 store directly in my browser using eisy.local as you suggested.
