Programs in Console Disappeared!?

I am running version 3.2.6 with ISY 99i/IR Pro WITHOUT having messed around with firmware update. When I logged onto the console to modify my programs, they all have disappeared! In my iPhone MobiLinc Pro, I can see the programs and they are still running. Is there anyway to recover these programs? If not, how do I start fresh without affecting my current scenes and links. Unfortunately, I have not backup in a while and there have been changes made and dead switches replaced.

Please help!

If you see the programs in Mobilinc, and they are still running, and it's only missing from the admin console, I think these are signs of an antivirus/firewall issue on your computer preventing the admin console from displaying the info from the ISY.

Hello thomastran,

It's quite possible that ISY is in safe mode (Tools | Diagnostics | PLM Status/Info). If so, in all likelihood, your PLM has died or the connection from ISY to PLM is bad.

With kind regards,

Michel

In Tools-->PLM Info/Status it shows "1E.46.88 v9B / Connected"

Should I select "Restore PLM" from File menu? What impact does that have on my settings?

Thank you!

I cleared the Java cache as instructed and logged into the Admin Console with your link. However, the programs did not reappeared. I noticed when I log into the ISY-99 with via IP address I see the programs under "my lighting". Please see attached picture.

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

I think forum does not allow me to upload the screenshot. However, I can email it...

The screen shows Universal Devices

My programs

(All my 5 programs--not many but I want to make sure there's nothing wrong with my ISY-99 or PLM before I recreate them)

Blue screen

Note: I am NOT referring to the Admin Console but the page that opens up when the IP address for ISY-99 is entered.

Thank you!

Hello thomastran,

Sincere apologies for tardy reply. I think it would be much quicker if you called our tech support team (links below) so that you don't have to keep waiting for a post to this topic.

At the moment, I am thinking that perhaps your programs are indeed gone. Did you ever restore an ISY backup from 2.7.0 release?

With kind regards,

Michel
