  1. Try the (Re)Install button and put it in the same slot it is already installed in.

@Michel Kohanimtold me yes but I could not get a restore from Polisy to work on my eisy and Michel had to do some remote magic so I could even start from scratch with my eisy. I'm about 3/4 of the way through my Insteon and not sure if I will even bother with my 6 Z-Wave items until I get my ZMatter board.

Thank you for working on a holiday I was really surprised to get a response from you today I thought it would be waiting until Monday while you had a nice holiday weekend!
  4. @asbril I received a response from Michel to my ticket if you send them the UUID to both devices and they will be able to transfer the node servers.
  5. My understanding is the purchase of the node servers is tied to the device they were installed on and that is another question I asked when I submitted my ticket if we were going to be able to transfer the licenses over to the eisy or if we have to repurchase the node servers we already have.

I thought that was more the Z-Wave migration to the ZMatter board but I could be wrong.

Has anybody been successful loading a backup from Polisy with 5.5.0 firmware to eisy with 5.5.0 firmware? Once I restored the backup my eisy stayed in the system update loop. I submitted a ticket but I was just wondering how everyone is doing with their new toy.
  8. I found to make eisy's wifi active to be found by UD Mobile you have to press the multi function button twice to activate eisy's wifi setup.
  9. Normal practice is to reserve the IP address in your router.

Go to "My Account" and login then go to "Details" then "My Orders" and you should be able to click on your order there for more information.

I miss the IR inputs from before but it was said unless someone who could build a node server is interested it probably won't happen

I did not receive a shipping notification but if you go to UD's site and check your order it should have a link to the shipping info at least mine did.
  13. My guess is we will have to upgrade past 5.5 to have the proper tools to migrate Z-Wave to the ZMatter board so I followed Michel's instructions in this thread and did sudo pkg install -r udi pkgsudo /usr/local/etc/udx.d/static/udxops.sh upgrade.polisy without any issues. You could open a ticket and ask what the best path for migration would be for you and get an answer from the only people who have experience with the new product or wait and see how it plays out for others who are willing to take the leap.
  14. I don't know of any specific instructions unfortunately. I found the directions I think I used to setup the portal https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Node_Server_Occupancy_%26_Locative_app_Instructions On MacroDroid you setup a geofence area for your home then you create a macro for entering the geofence are and send the HTTP GET command that you get from the portal to trigger for entering then you do the same for exiting.
  15. On android devices you can use MacroDroid to trigger the portal.
  16. I don't know it says it is free and the other ones that say free the button says install? Maybe because I already did the trial on the original one it will not allow it?
  17. The one in the non-production store will not install for me there is an Activate button under purchase but when I click the button nothing happens. Maybe someone else can see if they can install it?
  18. I can check it out later tonight after work. Thank you for working on this.
  19. Just to put some information here in case someone else has issues. What I have found is the Precondition needs to be activated for the seat heaters to operate but the controls for the seat heaters are still not quite right.
  20. You can retrieve the list from the AC if you click on the top folder or download from Tools Generate Topology
  21. Sorry the seat heaters still are not working I sent you a log last night on version 0.2.17
  22. Thanks for straightening it out for me!
  23. Comparing it to mine yours should be https://192.168.1.159:8443/desc I know at one time with the 944 it used to use 8080 instead of the 8443
  24. I sent you a PM with a bigger log file no rush with this if you can get it working. Thanks for looking into this.
  25. I have not really used this node server for anything but to show status until today I tried to setup so I could turn the seat heaters on before heading out without opening the app on my phone but the commands don't seem to work but I can see the state change from action done in the app when I update data. Below is the error I see in the log 2022-12-16 20:04:48,965 Command udi_interface.interface ERROR interface:_handleInput: _parseInput: failed climate1.runCmd(SEAT1) unhashable type: 'dict' Traceback (most recent call last): File "/var/polyglot/.local/lib/python3.9/site-packages/udi_interface/interface.py", line 795, in _handleInput self.nodes_internal[item['address']].runCmd(item) File "/var/polyglot/.local/lib/python3.9/site-packages/udi_interface/node.py", line 165, in runCmd fun(self, command) File "/var/polyglot/pg3/ns/EDITED_5/TeslaEVClimateNode.py", line 225, in evSetSeat0Heat self.TEV.teslaEV_SetSeatHeating(self.EVid, 0, seatTemp) File "/var/polyglot/pg3/nsEDITED_5/TeslaCloudEVapi.py", line 856, in teslaEV_SetSeatHeating seats = {{'frontLeft':0},{'frontRight':1},{'rearLeft':2},{'rearCenter':4},{'rearRight':5} } TypeError: unhashable type: 'dict'
