  1. I have had my Z-Wave Zooz dongle seem to become unresponsive a few times since I switched over to Polisy this past January. I attribute it to just a glitch and hard reboot and has fixed each time. The last time this happened however, I did notice that a Zooz ZEN25 double plug was causing the issue... sending out too much Z-Wave traffic so I unplugged and disabled and everything is fine. It is of note that I have had issues with this plug before and the last Zooz Z-Wave stick update seemed to have resolved it, but guess not. I'm not worrying about it am waiting for new ZMatter board.
  2. @gages97if. you are referring specifically about the zen32... I don't think this ZMatter board will fix the issues with the zen32 because of the way the zen32's buttons handles scenes.
  3. I just pre-ordered the ZMatter board however there was no shipping option to Canada so I had to ship to my USA address reshipper. If this is a glitch I can probably get them to adjust later, but I just wanted to make sure I got one if there is limited supply. https://www.universal-devices.com/product/zmatter-z-wave-matter-module-for-polisy-beta/ Edit... got a reply from UD and apparently they stopped shipping to Canada.
  4. I got the impression that the USB option may not be available right away and the only ones we are told available for preorder end of this week are going to be the internal ZMatter boards. I could be wrong, if you have option to purchase USB then go for that right away, but I think its why Michel mentioned you can upgrade later on using a USB adapter for EISY and use the existing Zmatter polisy board. It could also be that the actual EISY USB ZMatter they will sell for EISY are going to be configure as a ZMatter board inside a USB adapter.
  5. Michel said somewhere else that there will be an external usb adapter available to place the internal zmatter board to use in an eisy. I am going to try to order zmatter board asap for my polisy as I see no need for eisy right now as it won’t add anything new software features over a polisy probably for quite a while. It’s better zwave support I am looking at.
  6. What is an eisy? Is this something added to a Polisy/IoP or is it referring to the hardware upgrade for Polisy?
  7. I figured out how to use Alexa to change fanlinc speed as per the portal forum post. Setup in portal the fanlinc device as a type fan. Make spoken something like bedroom fan alexa set bedroom fan to 1 (low) alexa set bedroom fan to 2 (med) alexa set bedroom fan to 3 (hi) I can’t get to recognize words medium and high like many others and numbers only work. Note that when I set it to 1 it will cosmetically change to 0 in Alexa app and appear off but it is actually low. Doesn’t really matter unless looking at Alexa app. Setup four programs that adjust scenes for keypads led to keep in sync I mentioned how earlier. This method must use programs and not only scenes because we control fanlinc directly from Alexa as a device fan not scenes.

@MrBillAhh I didn't know it displayed that way.. I only used it for figuring out a door lock user. Would be nice if there was some easier way to get the link, or reference in notifications.

Could you send the pool temp directly to the notification rather than looking for the Node server? Usually in programs can assign a tempvar = node temp and then use tempvar in notification.
  10. That version is only in non production store and you have removed from production?
  11. @Javi Seems to be an issue after updates as per this thread... my other node servers are ok.
  12. I did the update and one of my node servers Opensprinkler is disconnected, all others work.
  13. OK it is working now... seems just had to leave it sit for a while. I tested using Send Sys Short With Params using the parameters. I did not find that the Sound setting works for different sounds, but I had same issue with Pushover - maybe because I am using an Apple Watch? Every Custom Emails/Notifications Customizations worked just like with Pushover. These contain the Data in the Subject... here is example of one I used named Alarm Disamed Brian as above: Alarm Disarmed ${sys.date} ${sys.time12} Alarm Auto Disarmed Door Entry: Brian Here is screenshot showing exactly where it goes. It uses the Subject and nothing required in the Body. Note that you can also use the same Customization for email and even put more details in the Body which the notifications server simply ignores.
  14. Yes I did. I even removed the node and added again.
  15. @JimboAutomates I installed it and setup the api key, changed port. However, in AC, the Service Node under Notification Controller does not refresh the right pane when clicking on it... and uses the information from last one clicked... here is an example... where I clicked on Ecobee and then the Service ISYPortal UD I think this is also related that in programs I cannot see the service node like my pushover one. I would expect it to be called Notification Controller / Service UD ISYPortal
  16. @JimboAutomates Ok I will give it a try later this afternoon.
  17. Ok, I will hold off testing until there is a resolution for the payment. Brian
  18. @JimboAutomates The version in non-production store is asking for me to purchase it again. Please confirm if this will actually charge me again.
  19. In western hemisphere in North America longitudes are negative so polisy probably just drops the sign or figures some other way.
  20. Just a wild guess but maybe the networking module did not update correctly in the transition to IoP. This would require a ticket with UD to fix. What does help, about show in AC?
  21. @Javi it works now... what I did is delete the body, saved, then entered a new body and saved and now it works. I checked it several times and nothing was wrong with it.
  22. I just tried setting up a network resource and get error. Net Module Rule: 2:400
  23. Took me a bit to figure out what you all were talking about. I didn't realize recent update for iOS did this. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile#Notifications_Tab I currently use Pushover with Notification Node server which works good, but to have something native UD would be preferable. I just posted in the notification PG3 forum asking if they can add support.
  24. Now that UD Mobile supports Notifications, would this be possible to add into this Node server? https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile#Notifications_Tab
  25. Insteon Company should work to support matter. I see Polisy as a platform to move away from Insteon... with both Z-Wave and future Matter support. If Matter is successful, and factoring in Z-Wave support, Polisy users won't be worrying about the Insteon protocol in the future except for legacy support. It would be a nice option to purchase an Insteon Branded Matter KeypadLinc, or SwitchLinc however. Insteon protocol was revolutionary back in the day when Smart Homes were more of a niche, but I don't think Insteon has brand recognition or resources now to go against Z-Wave or Matter as a competing protocol, even if they licensed it out... SH has tried and failed and were even trying to resurrect it using Nokia branding to make it more marketable. If new Insteon company expects people are going to invest in droves... eg. a whole new house with Insteon proprietary protocol and an Insteon Hub... doubtful!
