  1. Hi GMD99, 1. Make sure you upgrade to 4.5.4, clear your error log, AND 2. The issue is most probably related to a program that's causing infinite loop (all the UDQFull messages) With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi asbril, My pleasure and thank you! Here's the link to Polyglot forum: http://forum.universal-devices.com/forum/111-polyglot/. Happy Thanksgiving! With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi asbril, With Polyglot and 5.0.x, you can do all the above. The problem is that Polyglot is still very tech/hacker oriented but I am sure it'll become more streamlined soon. With regards to HomeSeer, I really do not know. Sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello everyone, I consulted with Chris and he agreed to put on our requirements: an ISY System node which can have this property amongst others. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Kip, I am not sure what Clear Connect Hub is. But, if it's the one that has a Telnet interface, then there's a good likelihood that the following will work: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series_INSTEON:Networking:Network_Resources#Lutron_Shades With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Craig, Unfortunately not but I do like the idea. Let us discuss the sizing. With kind regards, Michel

Hi all, Thank you paulbates! SM -a is the correct command. With kind regards, Michel
  8. It's also on the Wiki: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series_INSTEON:Networking#Dynamic.2FCustom_Page_Creation With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Papa C, I personally have over 30 devices/scenes + over 10 programs in my Echo. I occasionally have this problem but in almost 100% of the cases, what I say is NOT equal to what Echo hears. Have you looked to make sure that Echo is hearing what you are commanding it? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi JCBond, All you have to do is right mouse click | Query on the Low Bat node. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi All, The APIs are not public and thus we don't really know what's involved in supporting them. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi giesen, No, we never tried. This said, I do see support for these devices in INSTEON driver. But, again, we never tried it. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi bob123, Are you certain you have Preferred ISY set in My Profile in ISY Portal? Also, have you tried uninstalling MobiLinc and installing it again. In some cases, the cache does not get cleared. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi capsterx, Thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Alan, I already responded to your support ticket. The issue was that you had both MobiLinc and ISY Portal modules running at the same time. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi mapeter, You should be able to: go to the Portal and for your ISY, click on Select Tool | Information | ISY Information. The base URL is "URL to ISY" at the end of which you can attach /user/web/xxx. This said, if your files are JavaScript, you might run into cross-domain issues especially if you use absolute paths. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello everyone, I am proud of having the opportunity to co-chair IPSO Alliance's Semantic Working Group and help shape the future of IoT interoperability: https://www.universal-devices.com/news/michel-kohanim-to-co-chair-ipso-alliance-semantic-working-group/ With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi xKing, Another method is to use ISY Portal. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi pcejde, You might want to check the error log as it seems ISY is not able to get out to the Internet. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Ron, Would you please send your UUID and Error Log (even though there might not be anything there) to support@universal-devices.com with a link to this post. We'll definitely check it out. With kind regards, Michel
  21. cps68500, 1. Use Control instead of Status (otherwise the light turns off even if there's motion) 2. Unclear as to what should happen if someone turns on the light manually. Should it turn off after 3 minutes? If so, then you should have: If Control .... is Switched On Or Status ... is not off Then whatever 3. Your program will turn off the lights at 9 PM regardless of anything else With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Tim, The first thing you should do is to check Alexa app and see what Echo "heard". With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi rccoleman, Thanks so very much. Please do keep us posted. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi rccoleman, I am so very sorry to hear. I think the issue is with DNS servers and probably the vestiges of the hack last week. In some cases, rebooting the router will help (clears the DNS cache) but I am afraid there's really no good solution at the moment except waiting for things to settle down. The last entries in your log are from yesterday. Do you still have the issue today? With kind regards, Michel
  25. rafarataneneces, No. With kind regards, Michel
