  1. Hi Papa C, I personally have over 30 devices/scenes + over 10 programs in my Echo. I occasionally have this problem but in almost 100% of the cases, what I say is NOT equal to what Echo hears. Have you looked to make sure that Echo is hearing what you are commanding it? With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi JCBond, All you have to do is right mouse click | Query on the Low Bat node. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi All, The APIs are not public and thus we don't really know what's involved in supporting them. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi giesen, No, we never tried. This said, I do see support for these devices in INSTEON driver. But, again, we never tried it. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi bob123, Are you certain you have Preferred ISY set in My Profile in ISY Portal? Also, have you tried uninstalling MobiLinc and installing it again. In some cases, the cache does not get cleared. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi capsterx, Thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Alan, I already responded to your support ticket. The issue was that you had both MobiLinc and ISY Portal modules running at the same time. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi mapeter, You should be able to: go to the Portal and for your ISY, click on Select Tool | Information | ISY Information. The base URL is "URL to ISY" at the end of which you can attach /user/web/xxx. This said, if your files are JavaScript, you might run into cross-domain issues especially if you use absolute paths. With kind regards, Michel

  10. Hi xKing, Another method is to use ISY Portal. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi pcejde, You might want to check the error log as it seems ISY is not able to get out to the Internet. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Ron, Would you please send your UUID and Error Log (even though there might not be anything there) to support@universal-devices.com with a link to this post. We'll definitely check it out. With kind regards, Michel
  13. cps68500, 1. Use Control instead of Status (otherwise the light turns off even if there's motion) 2. Unclear as to what should happen if someone turns on the light manually. Should it turn off after 3 minutes? If so, then you should have: If Control .... is Switched On Or Status ... is not off Then whatever 3. Your program will turn off the lights at 9 PM regardless of anything else With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Tim, The first thing you should do is to check Alexa app and see what Echo "heard". With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi rccoleman, Thanks so very much. Please do keep us posted. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi rccoleman, I am so very sorry to hear. I think the issue is with DNS servers and probably the vestiges of the hack last week. In some cases, rebooting the router will help (clears the DNS cache) but I am afraid there's really no good solution at the moment except waiting for things to settle down. The last entries in your log are from yesterday. Do you still have the issue today? With kind regards, Michel
  17. rafarataneneces, No. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi branko, If you are familiar with Raspberry Pi development, then all you need is a client that subscribes to ISY and then the rest you can do in RPi. Alternatively, you can have a program that polls ISY frequently and then logs the status of devices. Here's the link to our WSDK: https://www.universal-devices.com/isy-developers/ With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi elvisimprsntr, We have not tested either of these bridges, but from taking a guess at the command classes it uses, it is likely that we do support it . With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi javic, Thanks so very much for the details. Please note that ISY will retry incessantly ... so, the question is whether or not the router provided the correct DNS server once ISY booted up. If not, you might want to consider a static address configuration BUT note that if you ever change your router, you might have to factory reset your ISY and restore from your backup. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello all, Just to close the loop, I spoke with Branko and it's all setup. I simply converted network module to ISY Portal module and everything else worked. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Larry, Please send your UUID, time of occurrence, and the link to this post to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
