  3. Hello everyone, We will have a maintenance release on Friday 04-14-2017 at 5:00 AM PDT. Unfortunately, we will have a downtime period of approximately 2 hours. Fixes - Database server maintenance - Support for Chunked encoding (for 5.0.9+) - Fixes to the Occupancy/Geo Fencing module Enhancements - Preparation for Google Home support With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Gary, Ticket received. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi fasttimes, Got it. Thanks. Let me discuss with our security expert. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Guys, SmartHome is truly trying to sync with us. I think the reason is that this sensor is unlike any other INSTEON device and its complexity is the root cause. We actually implemented about 80% of it using existing documentation and quite responsive help from SmartHome. For the last 20%, we tried reverse engineering (and held off 5.0.9 by 5 days) alas had to abandon due to time constraints and running out of ideas. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi patryk.szady, Just to be clear, we still do NOT have full documentation for Motion Sensor Gen II (PIRIII) from SmartHome. We spent over a week trying to reverse engineer but since we didn't want to hold off 5.0.9, we had to abandon it. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi fasttimes, Does it timeout on you while you do things on the Portal? Or, is it when it's idle? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi pdxcav, Does the ISY Portal think your ISY is online? If so, please send your error log + uuid to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Andy, I am so very sorry to hear. I just retested a couple of our units and everything is working fine. Can you please send a screenshot of Help | About to support@universal-devices.com and reference this post? With regards to node server/occupancy sensing, I am glad you asked since it's a fantastic solution: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#ISY_Portal_Node_Server_Instructions With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Bill, If you are still having issues, please do not hesitate to submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi fasttimes, It's really a huge security hole especially for mobile devices. it's one thing to let customers choose to have the browser save their username/password. It's completely another to let a session linger on for eternity on the server. With this said, I must humbly not accept the feature request. So sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello everyone, Unfortunately no update. We are waiting for Google to get back to us for connectivity testing. With kind regards, Michel

  23. Hello everyone, We will have a maintenance release next Sunday 03-19-2017 at 5:00 AM PDT. You should not experience a downtime of more than couple of minutes. Fixes - Proxy stability fixes - Minor update to UI (Fix for private mode) Enhancements - Echo intents: locks/thermostats (although there will be some issues with 5.x for thermostats) - Spokens: ability to associate spokens to a room (Will be used with Google Home when it comes out - Note that this will not help with multi-room echos) For a full list of supported commands by ISY Portal/Echo, please take a look at: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration#Supported_Commands With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Jason, Thanks so very much for the update. In the meantime, Jimbo has created a Polyglot implementation for Harmony Hub: http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/21233-harmony-hub-polygot-questiions/ With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi joe, That device is obsolete and ISY does not support it. This said, you can use Network Resources/Modules in conjunction with a Global Caché TCP to Serial bridge: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Network_Module . With kind regards, Michel
