Hi junior, sdynak is 100% correct. I suspect that either File | Delete Modem was issued OR you restored a dead PLM. Hopefully you have a very good backup from before all of this. Hi leonpc, I very much doubt you can add support for GarageHawk in the Hub. With regards to ISY, unless you make a node server in 5.x, it would be impossible in 4.x. With kind regards, Michel

Hello sdcrane, Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately it's not as trivial as you suggest since ISY Portal will have to start collecting temperature units from thermostats (which sometimes is not possible). In Celsius, you do have digits after the decimal. With kind regards, Michel -

Hi MNTheatreGuy, If you have any port forwarding rules in the router that points to ISY, remove them. If you see File | Disable Internet Access visible, click on it. If all else fails, please reboot your router. With kind regards, Michel

One question: with regards to log - and in order to conserve space/resources - we are thinking of a round robin which only stores the last 10 connections. Would that be sufficient for you?
