  1. @uffy, Something is subscribing and resubscribing to ISY. You need to figure out which. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @John Vickers, You can use Not Responding in the condition. But, you would need to query the device every <some-interval>. With kind regards, Michel
  3. @IT Solutions, You can use += operator. It adds B to A and assigns it back to A. With kind regards, Michel
  4. @kzboray, It seems that your Polisy cannot get out to the internet. Can you try pinging pkg.isy.io? With kind regards, Michel
  5. @seacordean, Please submit a ticket and send the UUID for both ISYs. With kind regards, Michel
  6. @whywork, Apologies. The UD Mobile App is no longer functional and thus all the issues. We need to get rid of the Wiki references for Geo Fence. So, currently, we do not have any Geo Fence solutions mostly because of not having been able to find a solution that does not eat batteries. With regard to your issues with UD Mobile, please submit a ticket to support. With kind regards, Michel
  7. @hart2hart, That's not normal. Are you certain you had 12.2? With kind regards, Michel
  8. @mbking, Yes but please do make sure: 1. Your are already on 12.2 (uname -a) 2. Make sure udx is on 2.1.2_1 (pkg info udx). If not, upgrade udx (sudo pkg upgrade udx) 3. Run cat /usr/local/etc/udx.d/static/update13.sh | sudo bash This will upgrade you to 13, upgrade Python to 3.8, and then goes through all your node servers and upgrades them to use Python 3.8. There will be one more massive upgrade which may need manual intervention (signing/verifying the bootloader). Once that's done, upgrades should be as smooth as ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  9. @JeffE, We had to nuke a few node servers. Please send your UUID to support@universal-devices.com and we'll take a look. With kind regards, Michel
  10. A question that matters about Matter: does anyone think that Amazon, Google, and Apple all want the same thing in the HA realm? If so, what's going to differentiate their offerings? Personally, I think it would be great: imagine a world where a company like UD could simply reuse its Alexa intents to also talk with GH and Siri. What would be better than that? ? All kidding aside, I have looked at the Github for Matter. Except for commissioning, privacy, and security goals to all of which I agree with x infinity, I haven't yet seen anything that defines objects. So, let's just wait and see what they come up with. Hopefully it's not the repackaging of Zigbee 3.0, then dot.dot, etc. With kind regards, Michel
  11. @Nishal, Thank you. I'll do it manually. With kind regards, Michel
  12. @Nishal, Please note that this is a double opt-in. So, you should have a received another email from mailchimp for you to verify that you want to be part of this pilot. Please look for it and optin. @david056, that's correct! With kind regards, Michel
  13. @asbril, No. A better question is: why do they. Please send logs to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  14. @thruster999, It could be anything. If you still have it in your dashboard, then it has not been removed. But, if you wish, you can send your UUID to support@universal-devices.com and we can check. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello everyone, Sincere apologies. We recently had scaling issues due to a larger than expected volume which was caused by a few node servers with tight loops. This has been rectified (those node servers were nuked). So, a) now everything should be back to normal and b) if one/more of your node servers are missing, it's because they had very low longPoll intervals and had to be removed. With kind regards, Michel
  16. @Nishal, We have a project with SCE that allows you to do all this. If you want to be included, please sign up here and, we'll try to get you approval from SCE. It's called Energy Expert and has your billing, TOU rates, costs, etc. both through Alexa and an App on your phone. With kind regards, Michel
  17. @sjpbailey, WONDERFUL!!!! With kind regards, Michel
  18. @MarkJames, 200 = success. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @smokegrub, Not really sure we are talking about the same thing. Please submit a ticket and we'll do a remote session. With kind regards, Michel
  20. @smokegrub, I don't think so. start.jnlp installs the Launcher in your desktop. If it doesn't do that any more, then you might want to delete the Java cache directory. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @smokegrub, Not exactly sure I understand what this means: start.jnlp is Launcher. With kind regards, Michel
  22. @fasttimes, If you can login with the Admin Console to your Dad's ISY through the portal, then you can use File/Set Credentials and that will reset the local credentials for ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  23. @Larry Lovering, Please follow the instructions here. With kind regards, Michel
  24. @TriLife, Correct. With kind regards, Michel
  25. @asbril, Yes you can forward port 443 to your Polisy. With kind regards, Michel
