  1. @Kentinada, So sorry for the delay. There was a breaking change in the library we used, and we are just recovering from it now. With kind regards, Michel
  2. @johnnyt, If there are no official explanations, then it's still in developer mode and we are testing it with few developers. In most cases, it's the insteon device itself. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello everyone, Have you upgraded to the latest OS? (same procedure as any other upgrade) With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello All, We have a major OS upgrade to FreeBSD 13.2p9 which also includes major stability fixes for the plugins. This is not urgent. If you wish to upgrade, please follow the same procedure as always, either: Admin Console | Configuration tab | Upgrade Packages button, or One click on the Power button. You will have to reboot after the upgrade. So, it's best to use the Admin Console to be notified when the process is completed. If UD Mobile is setup for notifications, you can use the power button and you'll be notified on UD Mobile. With kind regards, Michel

  7. We have POC working. Should have something soon. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi All, this is already fixed. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello everyone, This has been fixed. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Thank you for the report. Due to a bug in the latest release of TPM2-Tools, we had to keep it at the older revision. Now, with every check, it will try to upgrade. This will be fixed shortly. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi @DennisC, Apologies for the delay as I was grappling with flu. Using Samba for shared directory on Windows is identical for eisy/polisy. Using keyboard/mouse/monitor is only for eisy. With kind regards, Michel
  12. X10 functionality is identical to that of 994 + the A10/X10 module. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Fixed! Thanks again! With kind regards, Michel
  14. @DennisC, Yes, indeed! The link at the bottom is pointing to the wrong URL. Will fix shortly. Thank you so much. With kind regards, Michel
  15. @JMC, Ok, so we know that eisy is working. The question is what happens when a) you save admin.jnlp to a folder and b) double click on it? With kind regards, Michel
  16. @DennisC, I cannot reproduce. Would you please expand Getting Started and then click on each menu below (these are the steps). Do they render? With kind regards, Michel
  17. @TheA2Z, My pleasure. they are coming from: Tue 2023/11/21 02:51:21 PM 0 -170001 [Auth:-10104] ::ffff:80.94.95.226:24097->64288 So is it possible that you are port forwarding to your eisy? With kind regards, Michel
  18. @TheA2Z, As I mentioned, these messages are coming from the Admin Console to check how busy is IoX. You will get multiple of these when you start the Admin Console. And, you will get many many more of these if IoX is actually busy. This is the method that the Admin Console uses to figure out when to show you a progress bar. If these bother you, you can set the log level to 0 when you login to the Admin Console (it does not mean that these calls are not made. It just means that they are not going to be logged). I will have @Chris Jahn to respond to your ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  19. @DennisC, Thanks. Would you please let us know how to improve and/or what's missing? With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi @TomNow2, You can definitely do that by plugging it. It'll show up as /dev/nvd0. You can then create a file system and use it as extra storage. With kind regards, Michel
  21. @DennisC, Have you taken a look at https://developer.isy.io . With kind regards, Michel
  22. @TomNow2, Is it that you want to use the SSD instead of the eMMC for boot up or do you want to use it as extra storage? With kind regards, Michel
  23. @JMC, Please click on https://eisy.local:8443/admin.jnlp . What do you get? If it still does not connect, try https://eisy.local:8443/desc , what do you get? With kind regards, Michel
  24. @TheA2Z, No, that's the root folder usually named IoX or ISY. You can rename it (as you have done) but you cannot remove it. With kind regards, Michel
  25. @TheA2Z, What's the ticket#? GetSystemStatus comes from the Admin Console trying to figure out whether or not IoX is busy. This happens when Event Viewer is on level 3. With kind regards, Michel
