Yes I agree that Polisy/Polyglot/IoP might still need some hardening. I have a small isy utility program that increments a few variables every night a 11:59. It's been running error free for many years. Last night it didn't increment any of the variables. Nothing in the logs that I can see except that at 11:59 there was activity between the PG3 WirelessTag Node Server and ISY. I'll keep an eye on this for anything else that I might notice. Of note, I ran the program manually before checking the ISY program summary readout so I can't say if the program actually ran last night like it should have.

The PLM is required for Insteon. Polisy requires a Z-Wave controller USB plugin. Zooz 700 has been tested with it and it's what I'm using.

I've been following this scenario, that I gleaned from various forum posts, for quite awhile and it has served me well. When the upgrade executes it determines what packages you need and in the order it will use. Before answering yes just look through what was written to the display to see what it will do. You can always answer no if you're just wondering what it would do. Upgrading all services There are 5 important services that have to run: polyglot (and pg3), udx (does sys admin stuff), isy (IoP), and mongod (will be gone when pg3 is official). So, pkg update and upgrade upgrades all packages. The services restart the aforementioned. You should include isy. sudo service polyglot stop sudo service udx stop sudo pkg update sudo pkg upgrade sudo service polyglot start sudo service udx start sudo service isy start sudo service pg3 restart

I deleted a scene from ISY that was in the Spoken Device Table but isn't being removed from the Table. How do I get this scene dropped from the Table?

When I click on Hue Emulator in the Store to get the Readme file, I'm getting a Not Found page. Which brings me to another point, it would be great if that documentation link was displayed on the installed NS Details page.

So, with all the issues lately on PG3 I've gotten confused with should the Hue Emulator 3.0.6 be working or not? Mine isn't and I didn't know if I needed to re-install it or just wait.

@macjeffHi. My WirelessTag NS is still working this morning on 3.0.52. There's one place you could check on and that's your WirelessTag Manager Account. You should see an authorization for UDI Polyglot V2 Node server. See snapshot. It will show V2 even if you installed PG3. That's a bug that hasn't been fixed. I suppose you might try Revoking it there and re-install the Node Server, especially if you're unable to get the authorization working. Just a thought. Log in to your WirelessTag portal. At the bottom click on Settings and choose Account.

@JimboAutomatesHi. It looks like my WirelessTag NS wasn't working with 3.0.52 so I did a Polisy shutdown and then waited a few minutes and now it is working. Checked a couple tags and the data is getting thru to IoP. The NS log is also running again. Could be okay now.

@JimboAutomates Also looks like HarmonyHub and HueEmulator are stuck.

I just upgraded PG3 to the latest 3.0.50 version and The WirelessTag data is no longer updating. I'm looking at the Node Details and don't see the values changing. The Log is also not updating. I've tried Stopping, Starting and Restarting but nothing helps. Even tried a shutdown on Polisy but to no avail. Any ideas?

@bpwwerJust a small observation. I upgraded from 3.0.46 to 3.048. Afterwards, logging into PG3, the status panel on the PolisyISY Dashboard was indicating Version 3.0.46 and Frontend Version 3.0.48. I performed a sudo shutdown -r now and the Version now shows 3.048.

@macjeffHow did you set all your log levels to Error only?

Backing up isn't very intuitive. When doing a Backup select the Download button from the Settings/Polyglot Settings menu and then wait (about 20 seconds for me). A message will appear with a red background. Do not refresh the page as it states but wait (about another 20 seconds for me), the red message will disappear, and the Browser's Download popup will appear giving you choices depending on your Browser type. I'm using Edge. From the Browser's popup you can select where to save the backup, and a new name if you don't like the default. The default name for me this time was: pg3-backup-3-17-2022_14819_PM.zip The first time I tried this today I refreshed the page when I saw the red message and that prevented the download from happening so the backup process never completed, and I was left scratching my head.

@macjeffI don't see anything in Downloads. What name does it get? I'll do a search.

Just tried the Backup after upgrading to 3.0.46. I'm getting the same issues; lost connection to server and NS in Failed state. Refreshed page and server connection finally restored. Restarted each NS. I don't think it produced a backup, if so, where does it get saved?

I'm running 3.0.45 and there is no Check for Polisy Updates in my System menu. Strange. I've been using SSH to do updates, so I rarely check for that menu.

Ok, thanks. So it's a percentage and the value isn't agreeing with the NS, i.e. the WT shows 12% and the NS 70.

I'm not sure what the Transmit power represents. I don't see that value anywhere in the WirelessTag application. My values are all over the place from nothing to 70. (2, 2, 4, 5, 12, 12, 15, 16, 70) It sort of follows the distance from the Tag Manager, with the 70 probably the farthest away tag.

@JimboAutomatesWas there anything we have to do to the NS to effect the change? I did a restart and verified that my Quad Sensor URL Call has the full value including signal dbm and power. So far, no emails from the Tag Manager so it looks like it may be fixed.

@JimboAutomates@bpwwerThanks. I was able to re-install version 3.1.4 and it appears to be running fine. A couple observations. It doesn't indicate any nodes found until setting Monitor Tags to True in the Admin Console, this is as designed but I forgot. Also, the Short and Long Poll settings don't agree between the what's shown in PG3 (60,600) and Admin Console (5,60). Still getting Quad Sensor messages so I've edited the URL Calling value.

Yes. After upgrading polisy my 3 NS were connected but there was no data in ISY for WT. Also, the log wasn't being written. I tried a re-start but I was getting a message saying it wasn't running. As a last resort I uninstalled WT. Now it won't install. It messages that it's installing but nothing ends up getting installed.
