Didn't work on my Android.....

So I do this: Upon receipt of the notification long click the notification displayed by Android, this will show Android Notification Settings. Press settings (gear icon). Then click on any of the notification types (sound names), then click Sounds, THERE is no Select Sounds after pressing the fear icon........See attached image......now select a sound from your device.

How do I add a sound for each notification? Example: I have a notification for daily test, no change necessary I have a notification for burglar alarm. I want my phone to make a siren or alarm sound Not sure how to make or set sounds. Thanks, John

Ok all, I changed the send from email in my program from one Comcast email to another one and it works. That tells me Comcast is blocking the email being sent from the original account probably because too many emails being sent. Normally that trap is set to 100 or more emails in a day. That said, I only send about 5 to 10 emails a day through that account, so I don't understand. Possibly I have something else sending from that account? Machine is clean, I use several AV, Spam and so on. I also change my PW regular. I will have to contact Comcast and see if they can tell me what to do. Will post results. Thanks, John

Gmail is Comcast is not...... I am using UDI Default, none of those settings are filled in.

All mine have no space Hi Geddy, I am using the UDI Default e-Mail. I just noticed sending to GMail works, BUT sending to comcast.net does NOT.

As of about a week ago, all my default e-mail is not being processed and sent. Has been working fine for years. Notifications are working. Anyone else have this issue? Any ideas on what to check? Thanks, John

Hi Dennis, I go to Home screen, Home (my area 1), hamburger, Configure, then Add...then 'if value is null' change to equal to, Then under equal to I have All the different alarms listed. but no armed status. John

When I go to Add then equals I do not get the same options you get (like disarmed and armed away and armed vacation). I get type of alarm, like fire, burglar and so on.

How do I get to mapped values on UDM?

I have 4.2.0 and have synced. I still get GVx Do I still need to reboot if I have 4.2.0? Need to upgrade packages? Thanks, John

Yup, it updated. Just got to do it on faith I guess. It doesn't show what will update. The EISY web page - system shows versions and updates and it was not listed there.....

Where do I find what the values and meanings are for State/Status? Example, I use: Alarm Status ${sys.node.004.area_1.ST} Arm up State ${sys.node.004.area_1.GV1} Same for Armed Status What I get back it s digit, not words. How do I convert the digit to a meaning? Is there a chart that shows all the possible status and state values and meanings? Thanks, John

first time I tried to log back in Java admin, it asked for portal credentials. Lit off but everything was blank. Went back to new interface, everything there. Went back to Java and everything showed up So it may take more than one login attempt.
