  1. Try as I might, my MS II Says 'FALSE' to battery powered when in fact it is being supplied by a battery and will not indicate battery %. I have tried: - Resetting to factory default - Removing battery and plugging in to USB, then reset, the go back to battery and reset - Changing battery node from 1 to 0, reset and back to 1 and resetting - One time it did show up randomly, but did not track the battery level. Then it reset to FALSE for battery power again. I am using UD EISY to control the sensor. See settings on attachments. Note Screenshot B - Battery nodes does = 1. Thanks in advance for any help. John
  2. Question, where are the email settings saved now? The panel just has a checkmark that says use configuration. Looked everywhere, can't find it.
  3. Same problem here (I use gmail to send and been working fine for years). Update 5/2 - Some of my emails are coming through 12 hours or so delayed. Others not even coming.
  4. Jimbo, can you add a tile for night instant?
  5. I got this ELK Error after doing the install: 2024-03-12 17:25:35,227 ELK-3383 udi_interface ERROR Controller:sync_complete: ELK Controller: Traceback (most recent call last): File "/var/polyglot/pg3/ns/0021b90265ee_2/nodes/Controller.py", line 713, in sync_complete if self.pyisy is not None: AttributeError: 'Controller' object has no attribute 'pyisy' Thanks, John
  6. I have a 4 zone hot water heat system that uses the 4 wire Taco flow control valves. 2 wires operate the motor, the other 2 are for the valve open contacts. I assume the contacts are at 24vac when they are open. When valve closes the contacts close and turn off the motor. I want to monitor the position of each of the four valves. Could I use the low voltage interface GND and Sensor input connected to the Taco switch contacts without affecting the Valve operation? Comments on this method or other ideas appreciated. Regards, John
  7. Update #1 I repositioned the sensor closer to PLM - no changes I removed the battery and reinserted and they all started working except: -Low Battery OK, that is weird. I wonder if I should do a reset? Regards, John
  8. I can get all the nodes to work except: -Motion Enable (not motion sense)- won't stay on -Tamper will not report anything -Low Battery - sometimes works. but cannot replicate getting a response -Summary/Battery Level (%) - sometimes works but cannot replicate. So I press set to get green light flashing the query each node. They all populate except these 4. And the bottom 2 on the list populate randomly - Not sure what I am doing to make them come on. No help in insteon manual. Did a search here and didn't see any relevant info. Thanks, John
  9. Dennis, I have the same problem. Swapped to production a week before free expired. Installed production in same slot as free. Kept getting messages that free will expire. Now today it shuts off (i guess free is expired.). so I restarted and it connected.....for one minute. So it shows I am installed in production, not sure what else to do. I do note there are 2 lines in purchases for ELK Production, one has exp date the other doesn't. How do you delete the one with the exp date? Thanks, John
  10. I have an ELK M1 Gold set up with network module and static IP. When I go to my Router it has a page that lists all connections. When I pull that up The ELK isn't there. But after about 15 to 20 seconds it pops up. So I have some questions: 1. What speed does the ELC connect? I have an orange light so that indicates 100mbps. I tried a different cable, same result. 2. Does the ELK Module use WOL (Causing the delay to show up in the router)? 3. I get messages on UD mobile when ELK disconnects, so I don't think it is disconnecting and reconnecting on it's own. Thanks for the help. Regards, John
  11. After clicking on a node server (I have 2 Servers and whichever I click first after opening UD Mobile does it
  12. In UD Mobile (I just transitioned to EISY from ISY), I click on a node server - installed plugins (Notification) and I get Could not get Custom. Client is null. 500 Then I get Could not get Node Servers. Client is null. 500 Any idea what these are? Thanks, John
  13. Damn, I closed admin console and restarted and it reverted to disconnected again
  14. After troubleshooting on Messenger, we determined that I inserted a problem by changing my time zone after installing the elk module. This caused a 3 hour time difference in the key files. I had to delete the elk module from admin console and uninstall elk module. Then I reinstalled elk module and did configuration. After all nodes were imported, I tried arming from admin console and udmobile and it worked, no TCP errors. I am still getting the other errors, but I think they are related to EISY. Will continue working on them. Thanks, John
  15. I just reinstalled all node servers again
  16. yes to all 3. Sent package
  17. OK, done. In admin console I go to my area then on the bottom there are drop downs. I change disarmed to arm away and hit set armed status and it changes back to disarmed. Still get error messages. Am I doing it right?
  18. The programs in EISY seem to work ok but I cannot control the ELK from US Mobile or from the Admin console.
  19. Android, yes, it persists
  20. Yes, it says connected in nodeserver online and M1XEP status
  21. User ID is mac address of EISY and password is blank
