The Polyglot Version 3 Nodeserver for CAO Wireless Tags is released. It should now work as long as you have PG3 3.0.38 or newer. Looks like you may have the same issue I did, restarting PG3 did not stop the running NS so now 2 copies are running. Simpleist fix is to just reboot Polisy, but if you don't want to do that I can send you commands to kill the existing ones. I had multiple copies of all my NS's running...

I was not able to do the Portal migration because my IoP didn't have Portal even though it showed up at my.isy.io , so I added the trial license for Portal thru my.isy.io, then updated modules in the AC and accepted it in the Portal tab, then the Portal was working and I could do the migration.

There is no way to Migrate PG3 from ISY to ISY On Polisy. I decided to do this migration today and most of my time has been deleting everything on PG3 and reinstalling after pointing to Polisy. Just a warning that if you are moving to PG3 it would be best to migrate to ISY On Polisy first. The PG2 backup and restore on PG3 should work, but I have no experience with it since I moved one at a time originally.

I assume the payment will happen when the 1 month trial period ends? @Michel Kohanim can confirm?

@Javi Can you comment if it's possible to keep our UD Mobile setup including Favorites when moving from ISY to ISY On Polisy? If swap the IP address of ISY and Polisy during the conversion, and change the Portal setting in UD Mobile will it work? Sorry if this has been discussed somewhere else, but would be nice to see it included in the OP.

I just tested Activity Start and Stop directly on the Activity in a Program, and changing the Activity on the Hub in a program and both worked. It failed one time due to a timeout to my hub (this hub is occasionally loosing network lately) but besides that one time it worked every time. Please watch the NS log in the Polyglot UI, execute the program and let me know if there are errors or warnings.

Thanks, My bad on the HH, guess Routine threw me. I have Activites that are triggered by Programs which work, but I will re-confirm tonight. So in the AC you select the Node for the Activity and click Start and that works, but in a program that does a Start on that node it doesn't work. Correct? Please make sure it select the program, select a line in the program and click "update" then save. If still doesn't work, it may help to reboot ISY after moving from PG2 to PG3 as mentioned in the README as well.

Did you view the program in the AC and confirm it still looks correct? Also, as indicated in the README some programs may require an update and save before they work properly. What is "HH"? You say "clicking on the routine in ISY Main tab" I don't understand, ISY doesn't have a routine, and what is the "Main tab". Sorry for not understanding, just need clarity before I can help.

Thanks. There are known issues with a feature this NS uses in latest PG3 which is not used by any others. @bpwwer is aware of the issue and has a fix coming soon.

I didn't imply anyone had an issue with paying just saying that I specify a trial period which allows you to try it out for a while to make sure it's what you want.

Also, anyone how had previously donated to me, there are a couple of you, please let me know when you purchase and I will ask @Michel Kohanim to refund you.

I specify a trial period, usually one month for all of my NS's. I think it shows you that when you click on Purchase.

You must be logged into the Portal. there is a button above all that. Also, because of the issue already mentioned below, I would advise not installing it until PG3 is fixed. There is currently an issue with PG3, it will delete the configuration data that is saved on disk during restart. So please try to avoid restarting polyglot until the next version of PG3. Also, make sure you have read and understood the Moving From PG2 section if you are moving from PG2.

Ya, there's a lot of stuff in that file, including some ping'ing which does fail, then running: curl -s https://pkg.isy.io/script/update121.sh | sudo bash cat /usr/local/etc/udx.d/static/update13.sh | sudo bash and a lot of other stuff, then finally the PG2 log at the end. Which only shows a date of 2021-6-24 so nothing recent. Not sure why PG2 would not be starting up and writing to the log. Does sudo service polyglot status say that it's running?

It's weird that the polyglot log was old, try: sudo service polyglot restart less /var/polyglot/log/debug.log and see what you can see in the log.

The MyQ log shows an SSL error, maybe @Goose66 can help debug? The weird thing is the polyglot.log is old, the last line is: 2021-6-24 08:18:39 [polyglot] info: Caught SIGTERM/SIGINT Shutting down.

Great! You shouldn't have to reboot, sometimes it takes PG3 a while, like maybe 10 minutes at the most before it sees the slot open. But once PG2 didn't actually clear the slot and I had to delete manually in the AC Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk

The HueEmulator Polyglot Version 3 Node Server is released. IMPORTANT: There was an issue with PG3 where it deleted the configuration data on restart so device ids could change, which has been fixed. Make sure your PG2 and PG3 are the versions mentioned in the README See the README for more information, including information on moving from PG2. The Release Notes are also available. I had planned to move this to use PyISY 3.x during the conversion, but there are conflicts because PG3 uses PyISY 2.x so we need to convert all that user it at the same time. We will work on this in the future.
