Can't config Zooz ZEN 16 800LR
Thanks Guy, I removed it and added it with secure inclusion on and it did then ask for a pin number but even after doing that I still can't change the parameters. This is the first Zooz device I have ever had a problem with.

Can't config Zooz ZEN 16 800LR
I just received a new Zooz ZEN16 800LR and I am not able to set any of the configuration parameters. It added to Zwave with no errors and the relays work fine, but I can't change the config parameters. They can be queried but not changed. I did update with interview several times and removed and readded it to Zwave with no change. I have had an older Zen16 that works fine but not sure if it is the 800 version. Any suggestions?

404 errors
I just tried it again and the problem has been corrected after the second eisy went offline. The eisy I added has issues that is probably hardware related. Thanks for your reply. Gary

404 errors
Hi, I am getting "Error: Request failed with status code 404" when trying to view nodes or Error loading profiles when checking a program on eisy-ui. Tried locally and from the portal with the same results. Thanks Gary All upgrades are done locally through the admin console. V 6.0.5 Possibly caused by adding an additional eisy to my portal.

Full screen button for Android tablets.
Hi, I would like to request a full screen button so that any browser can be used in order to get a full screen display. Most browsers running on an Android tablet don't allow a true full screen function. So far the only browser that I have found that allows this is the Hermit browser. Thanks

Neighbor got solar, I got problems
I had this issue when I installed solar in my house. I used the the Enphase micro inverters and they use a protocol similar to x10 that allows the inverters to communicate to the local controller that uploads the information to the Enphase web site. The only solution was to put capacitor filters on the power legs coming into my house. When the inverters shut down at night the impact should be less.

Inconsistent Alexa+ behavior
I went back to old Alexa even though I never ask for new Alexa+. One thing I found out while under Alexa+ was that a program which is shown as a scene in the Portal had to be expressed as a scene in the spoken. Example: turn on scene and your spoken word. She never looked in scenes for spoken words unless the spoken was proceeded by scene.

Humidifier Setpoint
Setting the humidifier setpoint doesn't seem to work from the Admin Console. It can be set using Skyport and the change shows up on the Admin Console (GV1). Thanks.

ThirdReality Zigbee Smart Outlet
Just wondering if anyone has been able to get the ThirdReality Zigbee Smart Outlets to work at monitoring power of the plugged in device. The on/off functions fine but no nodes for energy usage. Thanks

Venstar not receiving commands from Alexa
I did use the Alexa Venstar skill in the past but after I moved I thought I would try to keep access local and within the UD environment. The previous versions of the ISY skill as I remember didn't really support a thermostat. Skyport makes it very easy to configure the thermostats and remotely control them. The one setting on the thermostat that needs to be turned on is 'Local API" in settings.

Venstar not receiving commands from Alexa
I set up a Venstar thermostat on the eisy. All works fine. When I add that thermostat to the portal it is acknowledged by Alexa and added to the device list. The problem is that when I send an oral command to that device, like set mode heat the NS doesn't seem to understand what was received. Alexa shows waiting for UD. Also the current room temperature isn't received by Alexa. Shouldn't this work? Thanks. Venstar CT not getting commands through Portal
I set up the Venstar CT thermostat and communications works fine using the Admin Console. After adding it to the Portal Alexa discovered it with no problem. The issue is that when I issue a command using Alexa it repeats the command like it had been executed but when I check the device on Alexa it says it is waiting for UDI. It is defined as a thermostat on the Portal with no other choice available. Any suggestions would be apricated. I did delete and re-add it to the portal. I rebooted the eisy. Help w flickering floods on a 3-way Insteon circuit

Syncrolinks Holdoff
I have two Syncrolinks and they both don't always follow the Holdoff seconds set in their configuration. They may turn on or off instantly at any time. I'll probably correct this by using a program but was wondering if this may be an issue with the Syncrolink. Thanks

Roku stick not discovered
I did receive this response to 'does a Roku stick respond to query broadcasts?'. Just some info. I'll check to see if the broadcasts are making it from ethernet to the wi-fi network Thanks Yes, the Roku Streaming Stick (HD versions included) does respond to network query broadcasts using the Simple Service Discovery Protocol (SSDP). This protocol allows programs and devices on your local network (such as the official Roku mobile app or smart home systems) to automatically discover the Roku device and its IP address. Update. I have found it works fine when connected to the 5GHz Wi-Fi network.

Roku stick not discovered
I have a Roku ultra that has no problem being discovered by the Roku NS but I just received a Roku streaming stick HD but it can't be discovered by the NS. I see the broadcast being sent out but no response from the Roku stick. I do have the allow app to control the Roku enabled. Just wondering if there are issues with the streaming sticks. The ultra is on Ethernet while the stick is on Wi-Fi, but both are on the same network. Thanks
