  1. If you're just going for a CO, can't you manually link them? I'm assuming it's the multiway switches that are your hold up
  2. According to their emails they'll be out until late Dec. but should have alot coming in early next year. Outside of ebay, the 2477dh could also be a replacement for the 2477d
  3. What's your firmware and UI
  4. Sounds like it's better to wait until ISY is ported to Polisy and release with 700 series
  5. It would help greatly if you told us the device you were using, along with firmware and UI
  6. Outside of what I previously told you, no. If it's a ceiling light, you could call it that and and it to the room as ceiling. Then you would simply say turn off the ceiling or whatever you want
  7. It's widely known that certain pieces of equipment can interfere with insteon signals. Your original locations may have allowed things to work (you just didn't notice the system wasnt running optimally). A filter Linc can help if that is the cause
  8. The ups can kill the insteon signal which probably didn't help. Try unplugging that and see what happens
  9. Try plugging it into a different outlet. Is there any9else plugged in near the plm
  10. Most likely it's getting confused with the name which throws things off. Try naming it something outside of anything you're using to see if that works. As long as devices are setup properly in the ISY and portal, most issues will come down to the name. If something isn't working properly, I would ensure its the actual device (and not a scene) and try calling it something outside of what you're currently using
  11. Did you do restore plm and restore devices?
  12. That's up to udi whether they want to cross that push. It's not something I would do and bring that they haven't (nor commented)I would think there's a chance they feel the same way. What can be found while you're on your own network vs sending via an unsecured method are 2 different things
  13. It is up to the user. As a business, udi may not want to open themselves up to that by easily providing a method.
  14. Green light on the side. Normally if something is wrong the ISY would boot up in safe mode (depending on firmware used).
  15. My thought was if you received an email with the ISY address in it and someone got the email, you just given them the information to your system. While it may not mean anything to the avg person, someone with knowledge could get enough information to potentially get inside. Same reason most people on her will cross out their up addresses when they post on here
  16. Ensure both firmware and UI match. Go to file>restore devices>file>restore plm
  17. Zwave creates a secure key between the board and device which is why you need to back the board up separately. It's akin to having a sd card in your phone. You would need to back both up separately. Every zwave mfg. has their own way to add/remove devices. You'll need to find the manuals to see what your devices require. Make sure you exclude them before trying to add them.
  18. There's alot you can do. The only limitation is your imagination
  19. They're usb powered
  20. I haven't. Try factory resetting the devices and restoring them in the ISY
  21. I'm surprised your x10 worked if the plm went bad seeing that x10 needs the Plm too
  22. It's enabled. Pertinent information such as your make/model of phone, android version, Isy setup, firmware and UI will help with troubleshooting and bug fixes
  23. On and fast on are just part of the drop down menu. Has nothing to do with the sensor. What's your firmware and UI? Post your programs
