Does ISY check "schedule" in a program continuously?
Sometimes I wonder if he's just trolling us. He pops in from time to time with the same issues just phrased differently. Despite multiple people saying post programs and details, those are often lacking and slow to do so. Either he's trolling or is seriously in over his head when it comes to using the isy

Z-Wave Leviton On-Off Module Status Not Updating
Use something else! However, if you really want to use that you'll want to be on at least 5.0.16c and look at this post

What's the telltale sign that your power line model is failing?
How old is your plm? It would help more if you would share what problems you're having vs having tunnel vision and focusing on what you think it is. Most issues people have isn't because of their PLM. Many times, its either noise (poor communication) or poor installation (including programming and/or setup)

Does ISY check "schedule" in a program continuously?
When the conditions are met. The isy is event driven

Does ISY check "schedule" in a program continuously?
You're original question is completely different than what you are saying now! Your original question requires the device status (along with programming) in order to work. What you are saying you want now is a simple timer which does not require device status. If the lights are on, then bring on the lights is irrelevant (you wouldn't notice) when its time to turn on. The same applies for if they are already off. The isy sending an off signal is irrelevant since they would stay off. The more information you provide about what you're trying to accomplish will lessen confusion and help you solve the problems you're having

Detached Load control on KPL
It's a feature that's used by so few and so rarely most don't even think about it being something they really need. I remember when they first came out with the beta units for it and forgot about it afterwards. Didn't even realize the feature made it to production units since it wasn't something I used. With the way things are, I barely have a need for all the buttons on keypads now. I'll end up using their 4 button kpls in my new house once they release that one because the 6 is too much

Detached Load control on KPL
Being that it's supported in multiple other systems, it can't be that obscure. Multiple folks had to hear about it along with gaining access to add to their systems.

New ISY device - poor range for adding Z-wave devices
- New ISY device - poor range for adding Z-wave devices
That depends on if your devices are zwave plus devices and support network wide inclusion. If they do, you may be able to add devices from their current location starting with the closest and working your way out. If not.... You'll have to bring them closer.- Energy Monitoring with Honeywell T6 Pro Thermostat
WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF ZWAVE!!!!- 170 z-wave devices - does it work ?
Most likely yes. It just depends on what they are for- 170 z-wave devices - does it work ?
Depends on how many nodes your devices make. At 170 devices most likely you'll hit the count waaay before you get to your total device count. Zwave does it's own routing.- ISY Portal or Mobilinc? migrating from alarm.com...
Most controllers do not like being secondary to other controllers. With alarm.com being an alarm system, I suspect it would be similar to the qolsys alarm panel and not allow itself to be tethered to another controller. As I stated previously, I wouldn't use a secondary controller until you're fully aware of how the isy works. You can always use your isy early on for testing and practicing before jumping fully into it (which I recommend doing).- ISY Portal or Mobilinc? migrating from alarm.com...
Personally I would recommend running everything through the isy portal. That way, should you decide to switch away from mobilinc in the future, you do not have to reprogram your system. Also, you get the network module free with an ish portal subscription so that makes it worthwhile as well. I did pay for my network module separately only because I want the things I use it for to still work should I decide not to (or forget to) renew my subscription. That last part isn't necessary but just something to be aware of. Mobilinc does work with homekit whereas the isy does not (not directly though there is a workaround) With that said, both mobilinc and the portal works well. You won't go wrong with either one. In regards to your second question, I would have to say no. At least not directly or easily. You may be able to add your isy to your alarm.com zwave system as a secondary controller but it's not something I recommend taking on unless you're well versed in zwave and the isy since help will be limited should you have issues.- 'Options' to turn off the dimmer switch LED, but can you do it in programming?
I'm assuming someone has and there's either a reason it can't be done programmatically or it's not something enough people have cared to do- Zwave Tips and Tricks
That would depend on your alarm controller and whether or not they allow you to have a secondary controller. You would want to check with them prior. Depending on your firmware, you may need to remove your devices from the isy, reset the board (at this point, you should have learn mode available) and then add it to your primary controller after the other devices are added to it.- Zwave Tips and Tricks
You have to be more specific. What controller will be your primary and which will be your secondary? Not all controllers play nice as a secondary controller so you can cause more issues than you solve even attempting to do so. If you're a zwave newbie with limited knowledge, this isn't something I'd recommend unless you have a test platform as help from the forum and UDI will be limited since you're involving something else that most probably arent using- CLOSED --- Z-Wave 500 Series Beta
This is a closed thread. You should create a new post for your question- ISY can ping. But cannot connect. No programs running
