How about issuing a reset through the Ethernet port? Best regards, Gary Funk

I just ordered 2 units from eBay to test with. S.A.T.T.P. Best regards, Gary Funk

I understand. That's could actually take the place of Agave running in the background. S.A.T.T.P. Best regards, Gary Funk
-
Right. If Agave can't connect to the Portal, it's probably because the Portal is down and notifications will be down. Am I still missing your point? S.A.T.T.P. Best regards, Gary Funk

From what I understand this is just for notifications. The application runs in the background to receive updates. If it loses connection there's s good chance notifications has lost connection. If I'm wrong, please show where I can read the correct documents. S.A.T.T.P. Best regards, Gary Funk

I updated post #4 with a small and cheap unit. S.A.T.T.P. Best regards, Gary Funk

That's a neat idea. I haven't seen any small units and the commercial units are very expensive. The magnate doesn't need to be big. I'm going to look for some. http://www.walkerindustrial.com/Edwards-Signaling-1509-AQN5-p/1509-AQN5.htm?gsn&gclid=CjwKEAjwj92_BRDQ-NuC98SZkWYSJACWmjhllpftqqzRoFptxbZa5mQqc37yalCOh2q3XkXUxfSTlxoCKKvw_wcB 12vdc on eBay. ,$16 http://m.ebay.com/itm/301858629207?_trkparms=aid=222007&algo=SIC.MBE&ao=1&asc=20150313114020&meid=ef61c0c7d38f4f1685264b5a5218ac99&pid=100338&rk=1&rkt=20&sd=171678538383&_trksid=p2141725.c100338.m3726&_mwBanner=1 If you find a better unit than what I posted, please post a link. I'd like to have a few units. Best regards, Gary Funk

Michel, Could a notification be added to a scene? Also, I'd like to assign a level (1,2,3) to a notification. Then subscribe to a level. Subscribe to level 1 and get only level 1. Subscribe to level 2 and get levels 1 and 2. Subscribe to level 3 and get levels 1,2 and 3. Best regards, Gary Funk

You know how we send email and text meddage through the ISY now? That's how notifications will be sent. You control the ISY and therefore the notifications that will be sent. Best regards, Gary Funk

There are nine options. The $99 option gets you everything and all future options. There are other threads discussing the pricing. If you install the trial you will see all the options and pricing. Short and to the point. Best regards, Gary Funk

Now, that being said, is it possible for the ISY to send data to the ISY Portal? If the answer is yes, then UDI can write code for the ISY that send to the Portal. The ISY needs to be configured for the FCM. Portal code that reads the ISY to configure the FCM. This all takes time, so can this be done? Best regards, Gary Funk

Exactly. Military, jumping, storm chasing and drinking has ruined my knees. I bought this house because I didn't want to climb stairs everyday. I have more room than I need and seven bedrooms. Short and to the point. Best regards, Gary Funk

I have a full open basement with a single story house. I built out instead of up. Short and to the point. Best regards, Gary Funk

Yes. All home runs. 20 of the runs are under 20 feet. The longest run is 30 feet. The manifold sits in the basement in the center of the house. The main full bathroom is directly above the full bathroom in the basement and four feet from the manifold. That is 16 runs. I only have 35 runs. I'm using expansion joints where a full 1/2 inch copper pipe will fit inside a 1/2 inch Pex pipe. It's a bother because I simply ask for information on a flow sensor, not a flow meter or shutoff valve. This has gotten way out of hand. The manifold has individual shutoff valves and I can attach devices to those to turn then on and off, should I decided to. I don't need to make sharp 90° turns. Short and to the point. I give up. You're too hard to deal with and that message was not directec at you. Short and to the point. Best regards, Gary Funk Oh, bother. Go away. Short and to the point. Best regards, Gary Funk

Yes. Pex can handle freezing where copper can't. Also, copper joints tend to start failing after about 50 years. Pex is all single piece runs. Short and to the point. Best regards, Gary Funk
